Why is change so hard—even when people want it and are trying?

Most people assume it’s a discipline problem.

It’s not.

The hardest part of change…
is not doing what you did yesterday.

People don’t repeat patterns because they decide to.

They repeat them because they don’t see them.

    • The same reaction in a meeting

    • The same emotional response
